· What could be the reason why a circuit breaker cannot be manually disconnected?

There are two possible reasons: First, the operating mechanism may be malfunctioning; check if anything is stuck in the operating mechanism. Second, the adjusting screw on the release half-shaft may not be properly adjusted; the position of the adjusting screw needs to be adjusted.
